I am trying to switch from using shopify to shift4, however, my sign up forms and emails are not being triggered. What do I need to do to get it to work? I have already integrated Shift4 with klaviyo.  I have also disabled my shopify integration.

Hi @Inspired 4 U!

When you say your signup forms are not being triggered, what do you mean by that exactly? Are the appearing on the site, but nothing happens when someone submits the form? Or are they not appearing at all?

There are not appearing at all.

Hi @Inspired 4 U!

May I ask if you can confirm that you added the Klaviyo onsite tracking per the Help Center article here?

This is what enables Klaviyo forms to load on your site.

Yes, I have added the onsite tracking per the help article you provided. I didn’t realize you had responded back but through my own troubleshooting I have the form loading and working now.  I have even tested to but sure that they are tracking as they should be.  However, I did noticed that my metric don’t seem to be tracking as they should.  This is what brought me back here to see your response.  How do I force Klaviyo to record the metrics from my site?
