Hi,

I am trying to capture site member status from wix. Essentially i want this info to create a flow for non site-members, sending them an email to join our site for rewards etc.

Is there a way to get the site member status from wix?

Thanks in advance

Hi @VapePotions

I see a support ticket on this subject, sharing some of the points for the rest of the community here as well:

  • Onsite tracking would organically track users once they have subscribed via a Klaviyo sign up form, or by clicking through to your site via a live email (Getting started with Klaviyo onsite tracking).
  • The Wix integration does not pull in the Viewed Product and Added to Cart metric by default. That being said, if you'd like to utilize these metrics with your WIX site, you would need to create it custom using our API. The following API doc will walk you through the process if you're a developer or working with one: Viewed Product via API and Added to Cart.
  • You will need to make use of the Klaviyo forms directly. As subscribers click through to your emails they will also begin to be tracked - as you use your Klaviyo account more, more data will pass into your account.

I hope this helps!

Hi @VapePotions

Thanks for being a part of our community! You should be able to see Active on site from Wix and build a flow off of that metric. These 2 resources should help you out as well:

Also just to add for others. I managed to do this by tagging all site members on wix with a contact label. Then used the label in flows
