Hey Team,

 

I hope this letter find you well.

I have noticed that the section where to submit a review has disappeared from most of the product pages that does not have any reviews submited by a customer (Knowingly that it used to appear before). Yet the product pages that have reviews submited on, the section appears on them.

 

As a solution attempt, I have tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it, and I still have the same issue.

Could you please provide your kind support please.

If you are noticing that the review button not appearing on the products without reviews, you will need to update a setting

In order to display the Reviews widget on these types of products, I'd recommend enabling "Show with zero stars" (Reviews > Widgets > Empty state). Once done simply publish the widget again and refresh the page, the widget should then be on site for your to view. You can also find more information regarding this here. I hope this helps!
