We set a Facebook AD campaign live on Friday to grow our email list, however the sign ups haven’t been pulling into Klaviyo and are therefore not receiving their welcome email.
Has anyone experienced this before and can help?

Thank you so much for coming to the Klaviyo Community for help with your Facebook Lead Ad.
My first question to you is, do you have the list for your Facebook Lead Ad set up for double opt in? Your customers may not be added to the list or go through the flow if they do not complete the second step of the double opt in signup. Can you confirm that no new profiles were added or did they just not complete the signup process?
