Can someone provide me the location to download Klaviyo SSL Certificates which has all 3 components in it (Root, Intermediate and Server) to connect with Klaviyo through API Integration. FYI - I tried downloading from browser but it has only the Root component in it.

Thanks,

Karthik

Hello @Karthik,

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!

You can typically download a site’s SSL certifications by:

  • Click the Secure button (a padlock) in an address bar.
  • Click the Certificate(Valid).
  • Go to the Details tab.
  • Click the Copy to File… button.
  • Click the Next button.
  • Select the “Base-64 encoded X. ...
  • Specify the name of the file you want to save the SSL certificate to.
  • Click the Next and the Finish buttons.

You can also find similar instructions with images in the Export & Download — SSL Certificate from Server (Site URL) Medium article.

Out of curiosity, what would be your use case in knowing a site’s SSL certification? If you were trying to connect and integrate Klaviyo via API, we have a variety of methods and endpoints you can use as highlighted in our Developer’s Portal
