Hi,

We are currently considering using Klaviyo's review feature for our business, but one thing is holding us back: the ability to manually translate the language of the review widgets.

We operate in Denmark (+ Sweden soon), and it's crucial for us to provide localized experiences for our customers. Automated translations aren't available in Danish or Swedish + they aren’t always sufficient, so having the option to manually input translations for the review widgets would be a game-changer for us (as well as all the other countries that are not currently receiving automated translations).

Is there any information on whether this feature might be available soon? Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for being a part of our community! I’ve included some tips below for what you are looking to achieve:

  • You can manually type in copy in the submission page builder but unfortunately that only works for one language
  • We will soon be releasing APIs that you can use reviews data and build your own widget (this is a more technical option)
  • Good news! We do support Danish and Swedish. You can use this feature to elect when to use that language and when not to.
