Good Morning, 

I use product feeds in Klaviyo to display sale items included in Smart Collections from Shopify. However, I am finding that lately Klaviyo is not updating the products in real time, and in some cases my Klaviyo product feeds are incorrectly showing items that are no longer on sale in my sale feeds, and are showing that products are in a specific smart collection even though they have long since been removed. The “last update” on these products ranges from yesterday to March.

 

I know that you can force a re-sync of items by page, but is there a way to force a re-sync of our whole product catalog? With over 3000 products, going page by page is quite a timely task.

My apologies for the delay here! Per our Help Center article here, there is currently no way to resync an entire catalog at once. Therefore, I would recommend following the instructions here to resync a page of items, which can contain up to 25 products.
