Currently working on ESP integrations with Klaviyo, Shopify & another ESP. We'd like to use the Klaviyo popup builder - but when a brand new email is added via a popup - it never finds it's way back into Shopify - only updates are propagated. We're using flows in Klaviyo - but campaigns on another platform. Has anybody used a service such as https://www.integromat.com/en/integrations/shopify / https://docs.skyvia.com/connectors/cloud-sources/klaviyo_connections.html - to push the brand new users into Shopify perhaps?

We'd rather not be installing and paying for another popup solution.

Any other creative workarounds appreciated.

Hello @newayetch,

Thank you for sharing this question with our community.

Glad to hear that you’ve taken interest in Klaviyo’s sign-up forms! You are absolutely correct in that Klaviyo forms will not send information back to Shopify from the form fill. If you’re looking to capture this information in both Klaviyo and Shopify, you may want to look into utilizing a Shopify sign-up form on your website. While Shopify forms will not offer as much functionality on the form as Klaviyo, it will log that information in both Shopify and Klaviyo simultaneously upon form fill. For more information on Shopify and how Shopify sign-ups interact with Klaviyo, I recommend checking out our guide on the topic here. I am also attaching a link to setting up a newsletter form with Shopify here. Of course this is the most straightforward solution, however it would also be great to hear if other members had other ways to resolve this using the resources you outlined, or found another creative way to resolve 🙂.

Thanks and have a great weekend.
