I use shopify to sell workshops, and I would like to populate my order confirmation email with additional details like location and time.
The typical shopify order confirmation email only includes the name of the product & variant.
I have already set the date and time and some additional texts as a metafield in shopify but I am having trouble locating that metafield data and loading it onto klaviyo.
Would be great I could get some help on this.

When it comes to the default Shopify metrics (such as Shopify Placed Order, etc.), we aren’t able to edit the information that’s sent across to Klaviyo within those metrics.
However, if you have access to Shopify Workflows, you may be able to create custom metrics in Shopify and send them to Klaviyo, which could theoretically contain this extra metadata. More on that here in the Help Center:
