Can anyone shed light on how Klaviyo is tracking ‘Package Delivered’ metric as par tof the paid Review plan. I use AusPost E-parcel in Australia and international delivery. How is Klaviyo tracking the status of my parcel - is there a mapping of AusPost Tracking Status to Klaviyos?

What AusPost tracking status’s qualify for each of these in Klaviyo?

  • Package Picked Up
  • Package in transit
  • Package delayed
  • Package out for delivery
  • Package delivery exception
  • Package delivered
