Hi all!

I just set up the Zendesk+Klaviyo integration and despite only SMS is mentioned, I’m positively surprised to see that profiles and events are synced, also for past events!

The thing I'm mildly disappointed is that it seems (at least for my understanding) there is no way to get more than the email and the events to Klaviyo through the integration.

A real-world use case would be for instance the collection of the email consent from the help centre request form: in this case I’d be able to engage prospect customers when their source is the Zendesk request form and not any other lead-generation campaign.

Did any of you faced the same issue? Did you find any work-around?

I was thinking of a webhook to enrich the data but I don’t want to put a “middleman” of any kind in between and a “blind” action from Zendesk I’m afraid would conflict in random situations.

At this time, the Zendesk <> Klaviyo integration only tracks the following two metrics and their properties: Opened Ticket and Resolved Ticket. Any further data is beyond the current scope of the integration and would have to be collected via API or custom event, if Zendesk allows it:

I think could use ZD to make an API call to update the profile with additional info after the opening of the ticket.
