The metric Placed Order is time stamped the time when a customer is doing a purchase, but it takes longer to record this and send back to Klaviyo. Around 4-12 hours. See screenshots.
In the abandoned cart flow, I have set a time delay of 1 hour after starting the checkout. Because the Placed Order has a delay of more then 1 hour to record in Klaviyo, customers get an Abandoned Cart flow. I don’t want this to happen.
How can I fasten the process so that the metric is being recorded immediately in Klaviyo? Backend is Shopware 6.
