Hello,
I installed official Klavio plugin for Prestashop and configured module+klaviyo integration with no issues.
I checked and everything is correct (php min memory, keys, settings) but sync doesn't complete and the following error is displayed in Klaviyo with no further info: "The following integrations are not synching properly and need attention: PrestaShop.".
Where should I look into further?

I would recommend checking the version of PrestaShop that you’re using. The Klaviyo integration requires version 1.7 or later. There are instructions on how to upgrade your store if it is on an earlier version.

Yes, all tec requirements seem to be ok.
As for PS version I’m on 1.7.7.2
IMHO Klaviyo should add some more info on what the problem is and not simply a generic "The following integrations are not synching properly and need attention: PrestaShop."
