I recently setup Klaviyo with Shopify and realized that no product is showing in “you might also like” section populated by shop_popular_feed (I did not create other feed yet). I’ve read in the forum that it might be due to inventory being managed by third party app which is my case (printful). But how can we change this setting so the feed can work?
Also in the the abandoned cart flow, often products aren’t showing up (see screenshot attached). Is it because the viewer did not accept cookie or blocks them?
Thanks for your light because an email sent with no information in it (product recently viewed or you may also like) is irrelevant and bad for reputation i guess..
