A customer submitted a review and I got an email. I can see the review from the link in the email, I can also see the review linked in the product in Klaviyo but I can not see it in Kalvioyo in the Reviews - All Reviews and ofcourse it does not show along other reviews. 

I have noticed the same thing myself. You can check who submitted it by doing “All Reviews → Options → Export Reviews” and seeing it in Notepad as a CSV.

I have a feeling that Klaviyo reviews waits a few days to purge the reviews that don’t have a comment or are duplicates from the same e-mail/person. The problem is that if someone accidentally leaves a 1-star or 2-star review, it publishes automatically.

I do believe they should change the software to wait a few days before publishing 1 to 3-star reviews but immediately publish 4+ star reviews especially if they don’t have a comment.
