Hello,
I am trying to set up a flow and cannot proceed because a prerequisite is not met, for a ‘ready to review event’. When I go to the metrics list, I do not see such a metric. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi there,
The Ready to review event is part of Klaviyo Reviews. To enable this event and the Review request flow, set up Klaviyo Reviews.
After setting up Reviews, the Ready to review event will show up when orders are delivered or fulfilled and meet the criteria you set up to indicate an item is ready for review. Read more about the Ready to review event here.
