We have a review from a customer that contains private/personal information. When rejected it’s still showing on the website. Has anyone experienced this?

Besides this being a potential glitch, which you can ascertain by contacting Klaviyo support, it might also be a matter of the review status not updating after your input.

Double-check the reviews in question on Klaviyo and make sure they are all updated with the “rejected” property before then checking in with Klaviyo support to see if anything might have gone wrong on their end.
