Reviews Widget Stopped Loading

Question

My reviews widget on my site suddenly stopped loading today. I do not see any outage reported by Klaviyo. In the console I am getting this error message:

Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'map')
at g (apiReviews.6dbf540c513771c02654.js:1:2237)
at Object.getReviewsForProduct (apiReviews.6dbf540c513771c02654.js:1:3067)

I have also tried loading on Shopify Dawn theme but get the same exact error message. Can anyone help fix this?

Hi there @shsavc,Thanks for sharing your question with us!There was an outage on our end, on 07/29/2024 Eastern time. We experienced an issue with Reviews not showing on the website.Our Engineering Team identified a fix and worked quickly to address this! This is currently resolved.Thanks!-Taylor
