Hello, I’m keen to give a go to Klaviyo reviews since we are only using Google reviews and Facebook reviews and some of our customers dont have an account on either of those platforms, which you need in order to leave a review. 

 

We customise lots of our products so the sell ends up being a bespoke service and therefore is difficult at the moment to allocate the Product ID to our offline customers. Is there a way to get around this?

At this time, the Product ID is the only way that the review can be associated with the product, but I will certainly forward this to our Reviews team for consideration in future releases.

Certainly will stop us from using Klaviyo Reviews at this time.
