Hi everyone! Client has received an email from Klaviyo with the subject line above. When checking her Shopify integration it all seems to be working just fine. I’m unsure on how can I troubleshoot this further?

Welcome to the Community! Thanks for checking up on this on behalf of your client. 

 

These messages can occur for various reasons:

  • server error
  • integration is disabled
  • integration isn’t fully set up

 

However, if you have tested and ensured that everything looks okay on the integration side of the account and metrics and profiles are being sent appropriately then you should be all set!
