Hello,

We have previously setup the integration and it is working.  Now when I go to the integration settings, I don’t see the option to add a checkbox for the checkout page. And I can’t seem to find any responses regarding this issue.

Thanks for sharing this question with the community.

As a first step, I would try to remove the Woocommerce integration and disabling your plug-ins. Then try running through the steps here once again.

If you’re still seeing the issue, would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you’re seeing exactly?
