I have multisite that is using the same base domain name. I setup the first site with the Klaviyo with no issues. Do I have to have two accounts to connect my other site in the network to Klaviyo? https://karmabaker.com/ is the base and one site and https://karmabaker.com/pickup/ is the second site that I’m trying to integrate.

Hello @karmabaker,

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!

This would really all depend on how your WooCommerce/ecommerce site’s backend is setup. For example, if one of your sites is for transactions - like a store, and the second one is a blog, then you’ll only need to integrate your transactional ecommerce store with Klaviyo. The blog site can be connected/linked by manually applying the klaviyo.js to the site.

If both sites are transactional, then you’ll want to setup two separate accounts. Our platform works best as a 1:1 sync with your ecommerce store. Because of this, you may have multiple stores and thus, multiple Klaviyo accounts.

Thankfully, your credentials offer multi-account access. This means that using the same credentials, you can access all the Klaviyo accounts you own or are a user on. You can learn more about this from our Understand multi-account user privileges Help Center article.

I’d also suggest taking a look at some of our past Community discussions on this topic. Such as the ones I’ve linked below which could be helpful:

I hope this helps!

David
