Hi,

we are launching a new woocommerce store and don’t want to migrate existing order data.

As soon as the site launches and activate the klaviyo plugin: Does all the existing data in klaviyo stay? Or will it be removed since its trying to sync with existing data which is not available anymore from the new site.

Hi @lumotion!

Klaviyo doesn’t ever delete profile metric data from an account. Even if you remove a WooCommerce integration and never connect a new one, the old WooCommerce data will still be there - the only way to delete it is to do it manually in the metrics tab. If you hover over a metric, a little dropdown will appear where you can delete it.
