So we’re trying to separate our email list into B2B and B2C. I set up the properties with the corresponding segments and created a campaign to automate the process. The problem I’m running now are bot clicks. Is there a way to exclude the profiles that have joined a segment via a bot click? Doing it manually is not an option at our scale.

Hey @Fly1992

try to figure out a pattern in those emails and exclude those in your segments

So for example - if the email contains @fakemail.com at the end

add a definition in the segment » properties about someone » email » contains» @fakemail.com

now this will have those profiles and you can exclude these segments from you campaigns and also add the same filters to your flow filters so that they dont enter your flows as well. for flows the filters should be - does not contain @fakemail.com

I hope this helps

Let me know if this helps

Cheers

After we first noticed it we actually called the person/business in question, so unfortunately it’s not a fake account. It’s just email providers checking links. But once we have more I’ll look for similarities.

thx @ArpitBanjara

Found the answer myself
