We are trying to clean up our active profile for cost and better segmentation. Every campaign we send can only be sent to 14k email but our active profile show more then 19k. How can we clean up our active profile to remove user that does not want to get emailed. 


Maybe to clean up this list or try to re-engage those email with a flow

You can also look at your Campaign Trend Report to find the reasons why some of your profiles are being skipped in the first place.
