Depending on what type of subscription I would check out this guide for integrating a subscription based ecommerce platform (if this subscription is for a product). Or if it’s for a subscription to a newsletter or reading material of some kind, you should check out this doc on how to integrate a content based platform.

This section of the doc talks through how to enable sign up forms on your site that you build In Klaviyo. From here you can  create a welcome series triggered off signing up for your list through your form
