We have a flow that will include 1,000+ SKUs for people who buy specific made to order (MTO) products. (Due to the variants around our product line, we cannot simply categorize these in the back end of Woo and we have had to manually enter these 1,000+ SKUs as triggers into this flow.)
Anyway, customers will receive an email that their product has shipped once one of those SKUs has been triggered.
Can we add/update a customer’s property after they receive that email to somehow link it with a segment?
Our goal is to be able to use that segment to trigger all MTO flows going forward. If we can do this, then this would help us avoid manually entering in a second time these 1,000+ SKUs to create that segment, which is what we’d like to avoid if possible.
