I’m currently using legacy forms and I’ve gone through this article https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005249588-How-to-Add-and-Customize-a-Legacy-Embedded-Signup-Form and added the correct class using the list ID as well as the hidden input with the list ID. However, the email is getting tracked in Klaviyo (it shows up under Profiles) so the form is submitting correctly, but doesn’t appear under the list. I’m really unsure of why this is happening. Here is the link to where the form lives: https://new-imaware.webflow.io/ it’s the form right before the footer. Thank you in advance!

@jallain if you’re able to help me out, thank you!!!

Hello @arianavmac, I just tested the form and it looks like I was added to the list. Are you sure it isn’t working? I tested with jokl@gmail.com if you want to check the profile.

Yeah you did get added! Is there a reason why it wouldn’t work for me? I’m using chrome right now

@arianavmac It looks like it did work for you, I think I saw some test emails of yours on the list. Double check to see if they are there or you could try testing the form again today with a new email to see if it works for you this time.

Yeah so those are from earlier, then suddenly it just stopped working and email only show up under Profiles. I’ve tried incognito too and no luck at all

I just submitted the form right now and no luck

I also added this hidden input so I can have it as a custom property and it doesn’t seem to show up. It didn’t show up when you signed up.

<input type="hidden" name="$Signup-Location" value="Home Page">

Actually disregard this, I got this to work. It’s just the submitting that doesn’t wanna work with any of my emails.
