Here is the endpoint details:
I have added the api key and exchange id (I have copied it from the email link ?_kx=….) as well.
In response, I receive internal api error and the message is something like this:
"message": "An internal API server error occurred. Please contact email@example.com."
Can someone please let me know the possible issue?

It’s come to my attention that one of our engineers was able to remedy this for you.
For anyone else following along, if you notice an “%” sign in your exchange ID, we suggest running your exchange ID through a URL decoder and using the updated exchange ID in your API request.
