HELP with email sending

I have an email profile of about 100 IDs but lists and segments only show half of them, Even when i am scheduling campaigns only half of the emails get sent. No they are not suppressed IDs and even when someone has subscribed specifically they don’t receive emails from campaigns

A Klaviyo profile is created in a few ways: from your ecomm platform integration (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc), for example, when they place an order or start checkout. Or when someone signs up via a form, via an API, or manually added.

A profile won’t be added to a list unless you push them there. To add a profile to a list, the list must be defined in your ecomm platform/Klaviyo integration settings, on your forms, or you import them into a specific list.

A profile will only be added to a segment if they meet your segment definitions. 

With that said, some things to check why some of your 100 profiles are not appearing in your lists and segments:

  • Is your ecomm platform integration configured to add new profiles to a list?
  • Check your segment definitions against the profiles you believe should be in them. What definitions exclude them?
  • If they are in your sending segments and didn’t receive the email, check their profile and under ‘view messages’ » ‘skipped’ you’ll see the reason why. If smart sending is enabled on your campaigns, profiles who have received an email in the past 16 hours (default) won’t get your campaign.
