Hello,
I have an audience comprised of both national (U.S.) and international subscribers and I am trying to create a segment to only pull the international subscribers, however, when I use Properties about someone, “Country does not equal United States” and whatever other attribute that I need using the “and” operator, it still pulls United States subscribers. Is there another way to pull this?
