Hi everyone in Klaviyo community,

 

I have a challenge that I can’t seem to figure out and some ideas would mean a lot. 

I have a lot of first-time byers with low AOV ($10 - $20) which I see as a great opportunity to follow up, but I can’t seem to find a way to communicate with them and have them come back. I have a lot of different products in different categories and not sure how to segment them or build a post purchase flow for them.
My repeat customer rate is 9-10%.

Thanks for being a part of our community! 

If you have predictive analytics enabled for your account, then you can segment by AOV. In your segment, you'd just need to do this: "Predictive analytics about someone > Average Order Value > Is at least > some value".
