I have a question about the internal notifications in the BO Shopify triggered by the trackers Active on site and Viewed product.
I would like to know the default time window when the action active on site is tracked in Klaviyo it seems to be about 1 h right now.
For instance, I renew my session between 2:59 pm and 4:13pm yesterday and any notifications was triggered in the BO klaviyo within this window time :

1hr between consecutive active-on-site events is correct.
The active-on-site event fires when a user is cookied and visits your site. It will not fire again for that user until 1 hour after their last visit, even if they end their session and start a new one within that timeframe.
However viewed product events don’t have that time delay and will fire for each product viewed.
