Is there a way for me to automatically remove globally suppressed profiles from a list?

I’m trying to remove globally suppressed profiles from a list automatically.

I know how to do this manually and have done it recently, but I wanted to find out if there’s a way to do it through an automation or in any other way so that I don’t have to go in and do it myself.

As of right now, the way to manually removed suppressed profiles from a list is as follows below.
