I mistakenly uploaded the wrong Soft Bounce segment to the Suppression List to the tune of about 8k customer records.  Is there a way to mass unsurpress without going record by record and manually unsurpressing?

Mistakes happen! You can unsuppress profiles that have previously accidentally been suppressed in bulk through a .CSV import. You can find our instructions on how to do so from our How to remove email suppressions in bulk Help Center articles.

Keep in mind, you should only use this method to remove suppressions for profiles that have explicitly opted in to email marketing. Subscribing someone who has not explicitly opted in can lead to spam complaints, poor deliverability, damage to your sender reputation, and legal action in some locations. Not to mention, it’s against our Klaviyo’s Term of Service!

For bulk un-surpressing, you can use this guide: 

If you just recently added these Profiles, then you can consider just deleting the profiles using the Klaviyo Profile Maintenance to delete a Segment and then you can re-upload them to your List. Of course this will also delete all the profile data, so do this with caution.
