We have 2 Klaviyo accounts: 1) old website, 2) new website which we’ve just (soft) launched today. So yay to that.

Before launching the new site, we were using the old website’s klaviyo account to get people to sign up for early news, launch day offer etc.

Now the new is live, they should really be under the new Klaviyo account.

Is there an easy way to move subscribers between Klaviyo accounts? Or is it just a standard csv export/import.

Many thanks,

G

Hey @dartacus

You can clone segments, email templates and flows from one klaviyo account to another, however, from what i know, you will have to manually export and import your profiles through csv files. Also it is important to also note that, when importing csv files, klaviyo will ask you if those profiles have given you explicit consent for email marketing or not.

I hope this helps and thank you for sharing your question here in the community

Thanks Arpit, I thought as much. It’ll be an easy import/export at least as it’s klav to klav.
