Hello,
For weeks now some of my customers are not receiving the confirmation email. It is strange because some receive it and others do not. To test, I have subscribed from different emails from my company and I have not received the confirmation email.

Hi @Ivo! How are subscribers being added to your list? Can you triple check your list is set to double opt-in? 


Yes, my list is set up for double opt-in. Some customers receive the confirmation mail and some don't. I have done a test with different emails, from a gmail account it works but from my company email it does not. And it is not only from my company email, some customers have tried it in front of me with different accounts and they have not received it.


@Ivo How do subscribers get added to your list?


Basically through different forms, pop up and footer.
