I’ve set up the integration with our Shopify site, and created a Newsletter Signup page using the Klaviyo forms. When I tested the form, I saw that the email was added to the Newletter list in Klaviyo, but is not showing up in Shopify.
Shoppers who join the mailing list are added in both places (I know Klaviyo pulls that data).
Does the form not propagate to Shopify along with Klaviyo?
We want to make sure both email lists are in sync, since we use them for different purposes. I can’t tell if unsubscribers are pushed to Shopify either. Is that the case?

For the most part, Klaviyo’s integration with Shopify is one way. This means that most data syncs from Shopify to Klaviyo only. There is a Shopify integration setting that does permit two way syncing of data but this functionality is only available for 3 specific fields - email address, first name, and last name.
