Hi, has anyone tried using sparkloop? How do you create the segment to only include customers with the RH_REFLINK?
Not sure whether the “no value” from this article https://support.sparkloop.app/pre-launch-checklist is equivalent to RH_REFLINK “not set”.
Appreciate any thoughts.

This sparkloop article is referring to “is empty” rather than “not set”. These are slightly different.
The former is referring to having the property set (RH_REFLINK) but not value. The latter is referring to not having the property nor the value set.
You can access “is empty” by using the “List” data type in your segment definition.
