Why is Data not showing in my Analytics Tab?

Welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues! 

Do you mind sharing a bit more about the problem you’re experiencing? Which section of the the Analytics tab are you seeing show no data?  Have you tried the following steps in troubleshooting this process? 

• clearing cache and cookies
• removing add blockers / whitelisting Klaviyo
• logging into a new browser
• logging out and logging back in again
• logging in via Incognito window

I can see that you have posted in this topic as well - another option listed in that topic was updating their system as they had not updated in a long time. 

Finally, if you can also   submit a support ticket  as they can do a deep dive into your account if you would like additional help. The button ‘support’ should be at the top menu bar in your account.
