Either I’m being dense or this is very poor UX. I want to toggle between profiles in a segment to check their individual tags and metrics, but there is no ‘Previous - Next’ prompt and if you go back it takes you to All Profiles instead to the segment profiles. Completely absurd.

Or am I missing something?

The ability to toggle between profiles within a segment is not directly supported in Klaviyo’s interface, which is likely due to how the platform is designed to handle profile data. Each profile is treated as a distinct entity, and the segmentation view focuses on presenting aggregate data or individual profiles in isolation.

However, here are some suggestions to make navigating between profiles easier:

  1. Use Browser Tabs: Open each profile in a new browser tab. This way, you can quickly switch between tabs to compare or view multiple profiles.

  2. Export the Segment: Export the segment as a CSV file. Once exported, you can use the data to quickly search, filter, or analyze profiles outside of Klaviyo, making it easier to work through them systematically.

  3. Leverage Klaviyo's API: If you are comfortable with coding, you can use Klaviyo’s API to pull profile data programmatically. This allows you to create custom tools or views that can make toggling between profiles more efficient.

  4. Request the Feature: If this is a critical feature for your workflow, consider submitting a feature request directly to Klaviyo's support team or community. Highlight how this would improve usability and efficiency.

While these workarounds may not fully address the need for seamless profile toggling, they can help improve your workflow within the current system constraints.
