I have created a new list and added it to my new zipify landing page.
Although when someone puts in their details they are not receiving any emails and names are not being added to the list.
Im so confused. Can anyone help me?

If that is still selected, it will prompt your new opt-ins to confirm their subscription before appearing in your list and receiving communications. Turning that feature off will then result in them being added to the list right away.

For the name of the user, make sure your mapping of the opt-in form is correctly syncing with the Klaviyo fields you’d like and that it is not an optional field as well if someone may be skipping filling it in.
