Hi everyone! We had a question towards the end of the session about calculating your buying cycle. In this help center article, you can find information about how you can use predictive analytics to understand your typical customer buying cycle: 

Create a segment of everyone who has made a purchase in the last two years. Then, export this segment into a CSV file and average the Average Time Between Orders column. This way, you can get the average buying cycle for all of your customers.

To understand your overall customer journey, you can use lots of data sources:

  • Klaviyo 
  • Your ecommerce platform 
  • Reviews/customer feedback 
  • Focus groups 
  • Surveys
