The team, the product and the customers were all rooted in the entrepreneurial mindset. It felt like a natural pivot to start my own entrepreneurial journey as a Klaviyo freelancer to continue helping Klaviyo customers with my unique background and skill set. |
| What message do you have for people new to Klaviyo? | You're going to love it! The Klaviyo team is passionate about the platform and their customers. They build and iterate at a pace that very few SaaS platforms are able to match. It's a product-lead company and the platform is one of the most powerful and user-friendly ones I've ever operated within in my professional career. |
| What is your favorite part of Klaviyo? | It's a tie between being a product-lead company with a powerful, easy-to-use platform. And, the interesting, household brands that makeup Klaviyo's customer base. |
| What does the Klaviyo Community mean to you? | It's a special niche of folks in the Klaviyo ecosystem that share a similar passion as I do for all-things Klaviyo. It's such a neat experience to be able to connect with like minded individuals and learn from them. Plus, being able to collaborate with them and problem solve to help the Klaviyo customer base at large. |
