What is Universal Content in Templates: Users will have the ability to edit their saved blocks and sections in the New Editor and have those changes reflected in all templates where that content is used. Why and How Does This Help Me: Right now, whenever customers need to make an update to their footer, header links, or any other content that is reused across their templates, they need to go one by one and update every single template.This is tedious and can take some brands a tremendous amount of time. With Universal Content, customers can now save significant time and effort in creating and updating their email designs across various campaigns, flows, and other templates. User Groups - what are they and why are we building them?This new Group feature is an exciting expansion to our already growing Community! Groups are voluntary channels you can join to share ideas, strategies and learn from others of a similar interest that could be more aligned with your specific brand strategy. One of our main goals of the Community is to build collaboration and allow everyone to share ideas that could spark amazing discussions. How did you get started with Klaviyo? My very first Shopify merchant client used Klaviyo many years ago when Klaviyo first started out. I've been with Klaviyo ever since! Klaviyo is much more than for just sending email and sms campaigns, leverage its data platform to build Flows to fully take advantage of its automation capabilities to send personalized and segmented emails and sms. What is your favorite part of Klaviyo? My favorite part of Klaviyo is it's robustness around its data and event platform and the many other apps and tools it integrates with. How did you get started with Klaviyo? With a lot of enthusiasm, learning as much as I can and trying out everything. What message do you have for people new to Klaviyo? Klaviyo is an awesome tool with lots of possibilities. It's an easy to use platform. The biggest limitation is your own creativity. When starting out be sure to setup your account correctly, change UTM settings and personalize the list subscribe and unsubscribe settings. Make sure you have at least an abandoned cart, browse abandonment and new subscriber flow setup including adding a popup. What is your favorite part of Klaviyo? My favorite part about Klaviyo is the unlimited possibilities it gives you. It integrates easily with a lot of tools and if there is no integration setting up custom integrations is also very simple because Klaviyo provides a lot of development resources on how to do so. Klaviyo does a great job of making the tool easy to use. Its also very customizable depending on what your business needs. Be patient as you learn a new tool and check out the help articles and join the community to ask questions! What is your favorite part of Klaviyo? My favorite part of Klaviyo has got to be the granular message reporting! Not every ESP includes as much detail as Klaviyo so its easy to dig into the performance of your message and see how it performed across many different levels. Why did you get started with Klaviyo? Back at T&C 2018, I first learned about Klaviyo! From there, tons of brands were looking for email marketers with experience in the platform. I've been helping brands on Klaviyo ever since! What message do you have for people new to Klaviyo? The Community forum is a treasure trove of info! If you feel stuck or not sure, that is a great go-to to get some feedback from the community. What is your favorite part of Klaviyo? Segmentation is one of my favorite things about Klaviyo. I love targeting certain audiences and the segment builder allows me to be as granular as I need to be! What does the Klaviyo Community mean to you?
