Jad is a familiar name to many in the Klaviyo ecosystem. Before going independent, he spent over 7 years at Klaviyo as a Support Engineer and Solutions Architect, where he became a trusted expert and go-to resource for some of the most complex technical challenges.
What Jad is known for:
🔧 Jad specializes in Klaviyo APIs and custom integrations, with deep experience supporting platforms like Magento 2 and WooCommerce. During his time at Klaviyo, he played a key role in advancing API-driven solutions and continues to build powerful customizations for clients today as a freelancer.
Fun facts:
🏃♂️ When he’s not solving integration challenges, Jad is running… a lot. He’s completed 83 half marathons (and counting!) and has raced in every U.S. state, with recent adventures expanding into Europe and Canada.
📚 Jad is also a self-proclaimed history nerd who spent 3 years as a Boston Freedom Trail tour guide, sharing his passion for history with visitors from around the world.
