Running a small business means making customer decisions between everything else on your list. You already have useful signals in your account, from engagement to purchases. The hard part is knowing what to look at and what to do next. From customer question to next stepThat’s where Meta Muse for Small Business comes in. Muse can connect with the Klaviyo account you already use, so you can ask questions in plain language and get closer to action without building another report or jumping between tools. For example, you could ask:Which customers haven’t engaged recently? What have my customers purchased? Can you prepare a win-back message for me to review? Those prompts can help you explore behavioral segmentation, review purchase history, and decide what deserves attention first. You can start with the question in front of you, then use the answer to shape a campaign or follow-up.Built for the reality of a small teamWhen one person is managing marketing, operations, and the rest of the bu

Hey community! I watched the K:BOS 2026 keynote live so you didn't have to, and honestly, there's a lot to unpack. I've put together everything you actually need to know below, with my honest takes on what matters, what to try first, and what to watch out for. Grab a coffee and let's get into it. TL;DR – At K:BOS 2026, Klaviyo announced it is becoming "headless": more than 400 tools and nearly 500 APIs can now be called by Claude, ChatGPT, or a custom agent, without starting in the Klaviyo interface. Alongside this, Klaviyo introduced a natural-language SQL preview, renamed Marketing Analytics to Personalization, expanded Composer into a background task runner, added new language support to Customer Agent, and previewed Customer Hub expansion, Clicks to Bricks, and Compliance Hub.Jump toWhat does "headless" mean for a Klaviyo customer? What is the Klaviyo SQL preview? What is changing with Personalization? What is new in Composer? What is new in Customer Agent? What else was announced?

There's a flow sitting in someone's account right now that everyone's a little afraid to open. Four splits deep, one nested inside the last "no" path, built one language at a time until nobody's quite sure which branch does what anymore. That's not a hypothetical. That's what happens every time Klaviyo's old binary splits meet an audience with more than two groups in it.Multi-branch splits fix that specific problem. One split now handles up to 20 paths, each with its own conditions, evaluated in order. Here's what that actually looks like once you use it, in three stages, plus the fine print before you touch anything live. What changedA multi-branch split replaces what used to be two separate actions, the conditional split and the trigger split, with a single split that holds multiple paths at once. Klaviyo checks each path in the order you've arranged them ("Check first," "Check second," and so on) and sends a profile down the first one it qualifies for. Anyone who doesn't match a conf

K:BOS 2026 is happening September 9–10 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, and if you're trying to decide whether it's worth the trip, the people to ask are the ones who were actually there last year.We asked four Klaviyo customers what they walked away with from K:BOS 2025, and none of them led with the keynotes. They led with a flow that boosted repeat orders 5x, a new vendor picked up on the expo floor, and direct feedback sessions with the Klaviyo product team. Here's what they told us, and who should be booking a ticket for 2026.What did past attendees actually get out of K:BOS 2025?The biggest wins weren't things people learned in a session. They were things they built afterward.Zach Scheimer, Head of Martech Operations at Criquet Shirts, runs a lean retention operation, and for him, the in-person time was the whole point:“As a one-person retention team, being able to bounce ideas off of other people in the industry was so important to me and enabled me to learn so much. Anyone notice some upgrades? I’m excited for you to see the final reveal. And I am very much hoping at least someone gets the meme and it makes you laugh!

On June 30, Klaviyo brought customers, partners, marketers, operators, and brand leaders together at Tobacco Dock for K:LDN 2026, the company’s flagship EMEA event and the centerpiece of a broader week of programming across London, Paris, and Berlin.A day built around connectionWhat stood out most in London was the energy around connection. K:LDN was designed as more than a series of presentations: it was built as a full-day experience with a shared keynote, multiple breakout blocks, dedicated networking time, a Help Zone for product support, a Product Lounge, and a closing cocktail hour that gave attendees space to keep the conversation going. That sense of momentum showed up in the run-up to the event, too. Internal event coordination notes pointed to extremely strong demand, with breakout sessions filling up quickly enough that teams were actively increasing room capacity where possible and managing access through the event app. By the night before K:LDN, registration had closed and
