If you are on a free plan and are having trouble accessing your account, please use our Submit a request form to gain access to your account again. Account access issues include:

  • 2 step authentication

  • New device code

  • Forgot password

  • New account owner

  • Account disabled

  • Account Deletion

  • Billing Dispute
