Getting coupon codes dynamically from a URL or API

Hi,I’m aware that there’s been activity surrounding this issue on WooCommerce, but wondered if it’d been tackled for custom integrations.tl;dr - in Klaviyo emails, can we get a coupon code dynamically at send time from our own web service, providing a customer ID as an argument?Many thanks,Gareth- o O o -Detail:Back ages ago when I handled all emails myself, I had a class that created single-use, customer-locked coupon codes with expiration dates. When I was generating emails, the process would call the class, get a code, and include it in the email.We’re now looking to incorporate the same logic in a Klaviyo flow. We can do 90% of it just fine - import a list of single use codes as per documentation etc. Problem is we’d like them to expire three days after the email is sent. This means either that when the email is sent it needs to make a call to my server to say ‘please expire GXC34567dfghj in three days time’, or, much simpler, just request a 3-day-lifetime single use customer-locke

Find ALL contacts who filled out a form

We are running a competition - join our mailing list to be in with a chance to win a pair of posh shoes.So I created a Klaviyo sign-up form for this and set it to subscribe people to our main list as usual, thinking that it would be trivial to create a segment showing which contacts had filled out the form so we could randomly select the winner.But it isn’t: there is no option in properties about someone → something someone has or has not done for ‘filled out this sign up form’.There is only the ‘source’ option - but if someone entered the competition who was already a mailing list subscriber, then source would still show how they originally signed up to the mailing list, not that they had filled out the competition form. We don’t want to exclude existing subscribers from the competition, that would be unfair.My current workaround is to make a new list for the form - I tested this by filling it out myself and I did not immediately end up on the list, it seems to have happened after the

What's the current method for removing email consent via PI?

I could only find older answers to this, or ones relating to sms not email.When customers use their account pages on our site to unsubscribe, I need to synchronise this with their Klaviyo profile.I have tried doing this with /identify, /profile and even the /exclusions endpoint. None of them actually work. Although the requests go through fine, the profile consent status stays the same.I have tried setting $consent to an empty array, to false, to null, to ‘None’ and all sorts of variations. I have tried sending ‘email_consent’ => false, ‘$email_consent’ => false, to ‘None’, to null and all sorts of variations on that, too.Each time the custom ‘updated’ property of the profile is set to the timestamp of the request, so I know it got through, and they’re showing as HTTP 200, returning a 1, all good. But no changes to the profile’s $consent.How do I actually go about doing this via API please?

API: passing profiles to the https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v2/list/{list_id}/members endpoint

Currently integrating our own mailing list subscription flows, ie, when someone places an order and subscribes then opt-in-verifies as part of it, with Klaviyo.I’m using https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v2/list/{list_id}/members for this, platform is a LAMP server, I’m sending requests using PHP’s curl library. It’s a custom ecommerce solution.The request auths OK, but I keep getting a {"detail":"profiles is a required parameter."} response.Similar requests have not been a problem.Here’s the payload:$data = (object) array( 'profiles' => array( 0 => (object) array('email' => $email_to_sub) ));$jsonObj = json_encode($data);...and then $jsonObj is set as the ‘data’ field for CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS, after being url encoded, the exact same method that works just fine for several other Klaviyo API requests such as tracking orders.I have tried variations on this, such as passing the array to CURLOP_POSTFIELDS with ‘profiles’ as the key. Still no luck.Has anyone had a similar proble

Importing lists as custom profile properties via API PUT request

Hi,New user, currently integrating. I’m importing/maintaining customer profiles via API call - a PUT request to https://a.klaviyo.com/api//v1/person.The payload is a standard array (this is PHP, btw, using curl, we have a custom ecommerce setup).This works fine for built-in and custom properties as long as they are simple types, and also $consent seems to be fine just as an array too, ie:$dataArr = array( 'api_key' => MY_PRIVATE_KEY, 'active' => 1, 'orphan' => 0, '$city' => $cust->cust_del_town, '$country' => $this->zone_countries_name_lookup[$cust->cust_del_country_id], '$phone_number' => $cust->cust_del_telephone, '$zip' => $cust->cust_del_postcode, '$last_name' => $cust->cust_del_last_name, '$first_name' => $cust->cust_del_first_name, 'last_name' => $cust->cust_del_last_name, 'first_name' => $cust->cust_del_first_name, '$title' => $cust->cust_del_title, 'country_iso2' => $this
