Let’s work together to maximize conversions and make this Black Friday and Cyber Monday your most successful ever!

Example:

"Used a countdown timer on product pages to create urgency, which led to a significant increase in conversion rates during last year’s Cyber Monday sale."

We saved new arrivals specifically for BFCM and “surprised” our customers with them on Black Friday and included them in our sale.

Do a blanket discount code for everything. No item spared. Our customers (and myself) hate the term “exclusions apply”. They wait for Black Friday to buy the things they've had their eye on so imagine their disappointment when the stuff they wanted is not included. This is why we do a storewide 20% off discount.

Create FOMO. If you keep doing offers all year, your customers won’t be excited for your offer because they know you do it so often. Tell them how rare this offer is and stick to it. We only did 3 discount events this year which increased our sales dramatically.

Exclusivity. Only email subscribers have access to the sale. As small business owners, we also need something out of Black Friday that isn't just more sales. We use it as an opportunity to increase our email list who we call our VIPs. Use this prime opportunity to add customers to your community.

Target segments. If you’re small, you can still narrow down the niche groups of customers and talk to them directly.
